Instructor Leif Fredrickson teaching axemanship at a recent winter survival course.

David teaching a winter workshop in Yellowstone National Park.

Standard Courses

Our courses are founded on time-tested skills for Rocky Mountain, forested environments. We have personally used these methods and concepts for years under sustained, field conditions. We provide breakfast and dinner rations on our courses. Students are responsible for their own lunch and snack foods.

One Day Workshops

For those with limited time and budget, consider a one day survival or bushcraft workshop. We can come to you (throughout much of Montana and surrounding areas) or you can come to us on the Rocky Mountain Front. Inquire for rates and availability.
